We use these labels for product vials that will routinely encounter ice water and sometimes solvents such as ethanol. Like most users probably do, we spent 3 sheets trying to get the printer settings just right on our own printer. This never succeeded, but Label Outfitters provided with detailed instructions on how to at least give it a try. The issue ultimately is the quality of our laser printer, not the labels. At Staples we were able to have our labels printed with no problem at all, and the labels work great. These would be a five star product except for the fact that we need to go off site to print. My sense is that's an issue with our light use printer, not the labels. We'll be reordering for sure.
