A "word" about MS/Word Templates. On labels this small, Word templates, combined with Laser Printers can NOT produce precise results.
Only with more sophisticated software are results near perfect. Download the template, and experiment on paper if you are unsure. The template only provides the spacing for the square which contains the circle--it does not provide for circular printing.
Great for Putting Dates, Numbers or other small amounts of data. A common use is to use date and color to marketing Counted Inventory.
Avery® does not currently offer 1" Printable Sheet Round Labels.

I was having trouble finding round labels that would fit my 1" requirement. All I could find were 3/4" labels, with removable adhesive (kept falling off). These are perfect. They come out crisp and readable from the laser printer. They have permanent adhesive, so they don't fall off. The bright colors help with coding different products or series on my shelves as I pick orders. I managed to make a template in Excel to make automatic numbering sheets. This works well, but I probably spent an hour or two trying to perfect the template (99% perfect now).
