The quality of the labels is fine, but the service was not. When I placed my $4.00 order, the first shipping option that comes up as default was $10. In order to find a $7.00 shipping cost, I had to scroll down farther. When I complained about that, the customer service rep said I could have paid $3.50 for shipping, but because I didn't request it, I didn't get it. Then she refused to issue a credit or refund for the exorbitant shipping cost. Not great customer service.
