Although I love the look of these labels and have been using them for several years, the last several orders have been unacceptable, resulting in a one-star rating. My staff and I were frustrated for months, because we could never seem to print correctly--part of the text would fall outside the label border. I finally measured the label margins and discovered that they are stamped unevenly on the sheet--meaning the margin at the top of the page is slightly different from the margin at the bottom of the page. These are very small labels, so precision is critical. The last order I received ALSO now has a different top margin, so I have to change all of my label files to accommodate. Further, I have contacted Labeloutfitters about this problem and have not received a response. It's disappointing, as I've generally been pleased with their products and service.
